OVERVIEW

The PPM-LX800-G is a highly integrated, PC/104-Plus single board computer (SBC) designed for embedded, space-limited, low power applications. This full-featured SBC includes AMD's LX800 x86-compatibleCPU, CRT and flat panel video controller, 10/100 Ethernet, two USB 2.0 ports, 16 lines of digital I/O, and four COM channels on a single industry standard 90 mm x 96 mm module.

It also includes the standard PC controllers for IDE hard disks, Compact Flash devices, mouse, keyboard, AC97 audio and LPT. The PPM-LX800-G's x86 PC software compatibility assures a wide range of tools to aid in your applications program development and checkout. It supports both Windows® XPe and Linux operating systems.

Its low power dissipation permits fanless operation over a temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. This board is well suited for rugged applications requiring excellent processor performance in an embedded PC design.
